For our customers who are here seasonally we offer two options to reduce your costs while you are away. Customers may put their plan on seasonal rates for up to 6 billing periods (months) out of the year. Billing periods do not need to be consecutive, however, to ensure proper invoicing, customers need to notify us prior to being invoiced for that billing period to change their rate plan.

Limited Internet Plan

Just $20 a month. This option provides limited bandwidth to run things like cameras or security systems. 

No Internet Plan

Just $10 a month. This option allows you to turn your internet off completely but we’ll still keep the equipment ready to go for when you come back. .

In addition to managing your wireless router, Kaniksu Cares also includes

• Cable Protection - We'll replace, free of charge, any accidental damage to outside wiring from CPE/Radio

• No install fee if moving to a new address where Kaniksu service is available

A static IP allows you to be directly connected to the internet, rather than being behind the Kaniksu first. Most users do not require this feature, but for gamers, some who work from home, and those with certain security or home automation systems they can be necessary.

On our Starter and Basic internet plans, you can add one to your account for just $10 per month. On our Preferred and up plans, they are included for free, just ask us and we'll be happy to assign you one.
